We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with a strong bookkeeping and project management background. You will be assigned to perform the following tasks:
- Preparing billing spreadsheet
- Sending weekly
- Weekly updates and reports of client updated hours
- Updating and maintaining receipt recording
- To perform personal assistant tasks, calendar management
- To do some project management tasks, but not limited to:
- To ensure website maintenance check is done daily as per the schedule.
- Liaise with the IT team to ensure that any issues found in the website is fixed
- Communicate with the client to check and confirm they receive the test forms sent from their website.
- Knowledge in using CRM is an advantage
- Any other tasks assigned to you by the CEO
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or Finance
- Must have a very good communication skills - both verbal and written english)
- Must have at least 5 years experience in bookkeeping, project management and personal assistant
The selected applicant will be working 30 hours per week, the hours may increase depending on other skill sets the applicant may have. We prefer someone who can work EST working hours.
