Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a very talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing agency!

We are a digital marketing agency and have been in the industry for 11 years. We have a team of Filipino employees in charge of our web design/development, SEO, and other digital marketing services. We value integrity, collaboration, flexibility, and having a fun working environment.

About the role:
You should be skilled with PPC, SEO (on-page, off-page & technical), and website analysis. You will develop, analyze, interpret and report on digital marketing findings to help our small business clients get leads and or direct sales. The position is part-time to start and can develop into full-time.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized
Preparing detailed strategy reports
Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
Running PPC campaigns
Developing an overall SEO strategy
Filling websites and other content with effective keywords
Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
Implementing link building strategies
Collaborating with project managers and other tea ---------- mbers on special projects

Role requirements:
4+ years of digital marketing experience are required.
2+ years of Google Ads experience required.
Google Ads Certification (preferred)
Google Analytics Certification (preferred)
Data-driven committed individual who loves improving efficiencies and getting results.
Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with knowledge of website analysis programs such as Google Analytics & SEMRush.
Excellent Google AdWords, Google My Business, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Google Data Studio skills.
Have a high proficiency with (best practices) in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, attention to detail, and time management skills.
You try new things, adapt quickly, and invest when results are promising.

This position starts with 20 hours worth of work per week with a possibility to grow to a full-time position depending on your performance.
