Email Marketing Manager - Exception English Writer

Salary Range: $800 - $1000 a month
Work Schedule: 30-35 hrs/week

Social Scene and Phone Assured are looking for an out of the box thinking, self starting Email Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building and managing email campaigns for both brands. Experience writing creative and conversion focused copy is needed. Must be able to provide examples of prior high converting email campaigns you have worked on in the past.


Job Description
Write creative and conversion focused email swipes, selling multiple products within our brands (ie. event tickets and phone assured clips)
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns that are mobile friendly utilizing Hubspot and Eventbrite
Managing email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating, and ---------- t up and manage marketing automation through Hubspot and Eventbrite
Developing and optimizing lead nurturing ---------- gmenting contact lists and personalizing emails based on recipients' interests and needs.
Work with the content team to develop content to attract, acquire and nurture qualified and targeted audiences to the business
Keeping up to date with practices and standards in the email marketing industry.
Growing our email list organically, not through bought or rented lists
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling

Qualifications
Experience working with marketing automation and email platforms, specifically Hubspot and Eventbrite
Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
The candidate should be independent with strong functional expertise to manage and create a variety of email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, split tests used in an email with assistance from the content team to increase lead generation
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Hands-on experience in email campaign delivery, setup & analytics
Understanding of CRM platforms, especially Hubspot
Excellent spoken and written English with persuasive communication skills
Need an exceptional English speaker and writer.
2-3 years of experience in email marketing utilizing HubSpot and Eventbrite
