JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess
against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, optimise, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams (i.e marketing and operations department) to create contents and optimize user experience throughout our digital channels.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Be instrumental for conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with other vendors to enhance brands’ digital presence and strengthen relationship with vendors
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Writing social media copy and responses that engages our community of followers
• Ensuring that all information is being kept up to date on our various channels.
• Take ownership of the digital presence of all brands, from organic contents to paid ads, maximising engagement to portray each brand accurately

Requirements:
• Able to handle SEO/SEM/SMM/EDM and/or display advertising campaigns
• Able to optimize landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
• Knowledge of website and marketing analytical tools (e.g Google Analytics, SEMRush)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Able to work in strict timeline and is discipline in following campaigns content calendars
• Highly creative and able to identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
