JOB OVERVIEW

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 1 year Technical. Network Support experience is required for this position
With hands on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
Amenable to do remote/helpdesk support
Proficiency in Windows Server and SQL Server;
Experience in POS systems is a plus;
General server and desktop hardware and software knowledge;
Virtualization skills pertaining to both servers and desktops.
Understanding of network topologies, configuration and ---------- monstrated ability to use initiative in the work area and to apply new concepts in a development environment.
