Expert Web Designer + Sales/Landing Pages - Feminine

Looking to add a designer on my team for a long-term relationship. I'd like to start part time and grow to a more full time role. Aproximately 80 hours a month or 20 hours a week.

The person I'm looking for will:
- Have a passion for design and be very creative
- Have extremely aesthetic graphics
- Be able to communicate with my during Eastern Time (a MUST!)
- Have Reliable Computer + Internet
- Be Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Be able to expertly communicate in english writing and speaking
- Video Editing a PLUS!
