Need a Long Term Video Editor for my Youtube Channel :-)

Hi Everyone!

I am looking for a long term partnership with an editor who can help my edit my videos for my Youtube channel.

What I can provide for you:
- consistent weekly work
- provide a lot of feedback and communication to ensure you understand what I want
- whatever it is that will make your life easier to make great videos. If you want an effects or titles pack, or something similar, I can buy it for you.
- a great partnership. I want both of us to enjoy our work & I am looking to work with someone for at least 1-2 years.

Requirements For the Role:
- great communicator
- can do 1-3 videos per week for me. If I grow my channel, it could be more, but in the beginning it will be 1-2 videos per week.
- able to turn around videos in a timely matter.
- work with me on continuing to improve the quality of my videos. (Titles, B-roll, effects, etc)

Preferred:
- use of FCPX (Final Cut X)
- able to turn around videos in a time

My Video Content Style:
- tech and productivity
- satire
- front facing head shot videos & skits
