Real Estate Assistant with Real Estate Agent team experience

Full-time Real Estate Assistant who is good at KW command or other CRM and system follow-up. DISC test requires high S and C. Previous work experience with a high producer in KW or other real estate broker team is a plus. 2 years and above Real Estate Assistant ---------- n present on time and no reason absent is not allowed.

Task include but not limited: Follow up leads, Set up house sources, transaction cooperation, Prepare folders for buyer and listing appointments, Maintain listings in MLS, Coordinate showings with Showing Agent. Arrange Monthly letter and gift drop-off. Face book Ads running.

Pay: $900 per month, paid twice a month. Plus bonus for each closing and bonus once reach the annual goal depends on the contribution. Need a resume, KPI, short video intro. Thanks and look forward to working with my new tea ---------- mber in a long term.
