Hi All,

I trust your well and keeping safe.

We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to myself and our Architectural Design Practice. We have been established for 10 years and have now expanded to need a full time self motivated and dedicated E.A to work remotely and from home however UK hours.

We are a 7-10 person team who all are WFH and using this digital age to our advantage. If your able to work from home during 8:30 to 5:30 UK time and have the skill sets mentioned below, get in contact.

Time management Appointment setting Virtual Office management Via google calendars
Staff coordination Client relations Client presentations Via email / Skype and Notion
Lead generation Research Via FB / Linkedin / Insta / email copy writing
Technical Content writing and Accounts.

1) Provide high level support to myself through planning, attending management & creating of the meeting, managing travel arrangements & accommodation as needed, managing calendar, managing emails, invoicing, write-ups professional emails, technical report writing & other correspondences.

Act as the main contact for emails from external suppliers, clientele and support in staff direction.

2) Responsible to schedule plus coordinate meetings; cross-department meetings, company meetings plus training session, oftentimes drafting and/or editing executive communications, agendas presentation materials, transcribing distributing minutes of meetings needed

3a) Managing developing new leads and prospective clients via email, Social media and setting the systems for such management on a regular basis. posting on fb insta and linked in and reaching out to builders and end clients in london via email and whatsapp also.

3b) Provide support in Marketing strategies through handling the company’s social media accounts and website and Provide Sales support through market research and lead gen via FB, lnsta, Linkedin and x using

5) Create marketing tripwires and FAQ sheets for the company such as infographics etc. Conduct research as needed for the different marketing initiatives and projects of company. Draft, review, manage, and organized SOP
documents and of the company.

6) Provided content for Websites, brochures, and client presentations

The above although a extensive list at times you will be asked to be proactive and stretch your skill set to meet the companies needs.

The Starting Wage is 500USD and goes up $75 every 3 months based on quality of performance.
