JOB OVERVIEW

• Provide a full range of reception services.
• Answers incoming calls and transfers to the requested line.
• Welcome visitors.
• Answering visitors queries and directs them to their destination.
• Takes and delivers messages for the different employees.
• Responsible in logging incoming and outgoing documents including foreign employee’s passport.
• Responsible in transmitting all letters/mails to the Human Resources and Administration Department for proper documenting and logging.
• Attends to a variety of administrative details such as keeping informed of the different company’s activities, transmitting information and monitoring day to day operations of the functional area of the company.
• Checks incoming faxes and delivers to the right person.
• Monitors office supplies including grocery items and process order for delivery.
• Monitors different log books including employee attendance log book.
• Helps admin department in making hotel reservations and books travel and tours for foreign employees.
• Prepares invoices and check statements/DR for different company suppliers.
• Submit assigned excel reports being submitted to the Human Resources and Administration Manager every 15th and 30th of the month.
• Responsible in monitoring vehicles, accepting fleet request from employees & officers and dispatches driver for car services.
• Responsible in assisting the Top Management Staffs in money changing transactions.
• Any task concerning assistance for Leekie Receptionist.
• Ad-Hoc, other task that may be assigned by your supervisor and Human Resources and Administration Manager.

Qualifications/Knowledge and skills set:
1. Preferably Female, Single, 21 to 27 y/o
2. Graduate of any Bachelor Degree preferably Office Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Work experience of atleast 1 year is an advantage
5. With pleasing personality and ability to interact with people of different nationalities
6. Proactive, Self-motivated and Highly Organized
7. Effective Verbal and listening communication skills in English
8. Proficient in MS Application particularly in Excel
9. Knowledgeable of clerical and administrative procedures
10. Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage
11. Ability to multi-task
12. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
