UK Finance Controller: VAT, Accounts

We are a Real Estate company based in the UK and we are looking for a PART TIME Finance Controller to undertake the following tasks:

- [ ] Bookkeeping review of previous VAT Quarters, finding receipts not properly claimed VAT for.
- [ ] Review of Accounts from past years in order to establish current financial status of our companies.
- [ ] Fluent in SAGE (or similar compatible accounting software) is a bonus, as it’s the software used by our chartered accountants.
- [ ] General admin works.
- [ ] Fluent in English, spoken and written. Able to communicate with native English speakers with good rapport.
- [ ] Your available hours for certain tasks need to match the UK office hours, and there will be other tasks that can be undertaken outside UK office hours, on your own preferred times. Office hours in the UK are 9am to 5pm. The time difference with the Philippines is 7-8 hours depending on the time of the year.
- [ ] We will start with a part time position, which might lead to full time position, based on performance.
