HR management & general VA & recruiter

We are looking for someone who can do the following jobs:

A standard HR Manager job description should cover in detail the following duties and responsibilities:

1 Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
2 Onboarding newcomers to the company
3 Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
4 Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
5 Developing adequate induction and training
6 Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
7 Managing succession planning of staff
8 Assisting with the performance management and review process
9 Work 40+ hrs per week, and 160+hrs per week
10 Strong experience in using Hubstuff & Lastpass (or similar tools)
11 Have a Wechat & Skype



A Human Resources Manager's job description should detail the need for an individual with strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal ---------- is also essential that they are up to date with an understanding of industry awards, current pay rates, and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits.
