Experienced Autocad Draftsperson - Aluminium Windows / Façade Designer *Permanent/Full Time Position*

We are a dedicated team of Filipino draftspersons providing high-quality shop drawings since 2015. Our clients, primarily aluminum window fabricators, rely on us for detailed window schedules and fixing details across a variety of commercial projects. From small shopfronts to multistory curtain wall facades, bespoke houses to apartment buildings, our work demands precision and a diverse set of skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of each project, interpreting architectural and construction drawings to produce high-quality shop drawings.
- Make critical decisions to ensure client expectations are met.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and the drafting manager.
- Manage lead times, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Potential to advance into a leadership role, with responsibilities including training junior staff, checking projects, estimating, and assisting in developing design solutions.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Experience with construction methods to translate architectural concepts into practical details.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong professional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, permanent role with no other employment commitments.
