Architect, Draftsman, Engineer (technical illustrator)

Seeking experienced draftsman familiar with creating blueprints. This skill will directly translate to the precise work with our company. This is technical position. We are seeking a technical illustrator familiar with reading construction ---------- tail oriented projects require minimal CorelDraw knowledge. This is a long-term opportunity to earn extra income from your home at no set schedule. This is not a creative position; we need dependable tea ---------- mbers who will not get bored with the repetitive work. Also looking for weekend warriors that can commit to Saturday or Sunday projects.

Basic requirements:
1.) Must have at least 2 years experience with CorelDraw
2.) Must have 24 hr. access to a PC or Laptop and dependable internet for large document down/uploading.
3.) Read / write English – jobs are given out over chat, no video calls, no phone calls.
4.) Be reliable – all jobs have time sensitive ---------- shows = No new jobs.
5.) All jobs have deadlines.
6.) Bachelor's degree in architecture (if skilled and confident of abilities, this requirement may be waived)

CorelDraw requirements:
1.) Must know how to create basic shapes in CorelDraw – freeform, rectangles, circles, etc.
2.) Must know how to weld, trim and edit shapes.
3.) Must know how to use layers, move objects between layers, lock and hide objects.
4.) Must know how to load PDF’s to a layer, lock the content so that it can be traced.
