Real Estate Marketing Assistant

Currently in need of an assistant that can reply to homeowners via text messages, that are potentially interested in selling their properties. When replying to the homeowners you will categorize the leads based on the sellers responses. If the seller is not interested you will tag the lead as "Not interested" in our system. If seller wishes to not be contacted again you will mark that lead as "DNC". If seller appears interested you would mark them as "Attention". You will then prequalify the seller to see if they are truly interested in selling by finding out their motivation to sell, timeline to sell, asking price, and the occupancy status. Based on the information received by the seller you will then tag the seller as either a Cold, Warm, or Hot Lead. Those leads will then be pushed into our Podio CRM System. There is an app in the CRM called PreQualified leads. This is where all the leads from the texting campaign will go. After the information is entered, the warm and hot leads will be pushed into the "Acquisitions app" so that our acquisitions manager can get the home under contract. Although majority of the time you will be texting homeowners the ability to speak to sellers over the phone is a skillset that is required because some homeowners would require a phone call to reach out to them.
