JOB OVERVIEW

A US-Based Property/Community Management Company is in need of a Customer Service/Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:


Email
Management
Customer Service
General Administrative tasks
Assist property manager with coordination of maintenance projects
Other tasks required

Excellent English verbal and written communication
Strategic thinker
Writing and documentation skills
Must be able to prioritize work
Courteous and friendly
Organized and has great attention to detail and quality assurance
Ability to build trust
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, CRMs, cloud services and VoIP
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Other skills as required


Hardware Requirements
Private and quiet dedicated home office area
Noise-cancelling headset

System Requirements

Processor: ICore-i3 quad core or equivalent/CPU Benchmark score of 2600 and above
Memory: 8GB RAM (for both primary and back-up computers)
Available hard disc drive space: At least 1GB (for both primary and back-up computers)
Windows OS: Windows 8 or later
Mac OS: Mac OS X 10.8 or later


Internet Speed:

Primary Connection: Download speed 10mbps/upload speed 10mbps (Must be DSL/Fiber)
Back-up Connection: Download speed 10mbps/upload speed 10mbps (Broadband sticks from various internet providers and or another DSL)?
