ROI Media is offering a full-time, secure job for somebody with general web design skills, but specifically, strong skills in:

-->> WordPress Design
-->> CSS & HTML

Working hours are 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (Philippines time), Monday to Friday. These hours are non-negotiable, but we can be flexible if you occasionally need time away to deal with family matters, children, etc. We understand that you have a life outside of work.

Your starting salary will depend upon your prior experience and previous pay scale. We do regular salary reviews. Payment is made every 15th and 30th of the month in Pesos, via direct credit to your Philippines bank account.

Work will be assigned via our project management portal. We inspect what we expect, meaning that your work will be reviewed every day. If you want to work as a freelancer and have multiple "clients" this is not the right job for you. This is a full-time job and we require your full-time attention.

We would prefer to hire a professionally trained graphic designer and/or developer (i.e. a graduate) but will ultimately hire based upon the quality of your work - so have a good portfolio of design work + websites to show us. We will review your work very carefully and critically.

Your spoken English needs to be good enough to conduct occasional design meetings with native English speakers, via zoom. Your written English will need to be good too. You'll need your own computer, graphic design software and have a stable internet connection with enough speed to conduct video calls.

You will be working for people who know how to do your job, expertly. There is nowhere to run and nowhere to hide here. We'll know immediately if you do not know what you are doing - so please don't bother applying for this position unless you have the skills that we need.
