The Social Media Manager’s job will focus on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets. As Social Media Manager you'll be tasked with several key duties, such as:
* Good English skills both verbal and written
* MUST be willing to learn. There will be training provided.
* Part-time opportunity that may lead to full-time for the right person
* Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
* Use social media marketing tools to increase company social media followers.
* Use social media marketing tools to increase company social media engagement.
* Create/Post daily original content (Instagram stories, social media feed posts etc.) that relates to the brand’s audience.
* Create/Post content with purpose that may directly engage customers while following brand guidelines.
* Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
* Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
* Research social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
* Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
* MUST be willing to learn. There will be training provided.
