JOB OVERVIEW

Overview: Empodio provides Salesforce consulting services to Home & Business Services companies (Landscaping, Pool Service, Fire Inspection) of a size of 50-500 employees. We're a core team of 4 but about to start hiring fairly rapidly. As a result, we're planning to bring on a tea ---------- mber to be a general administrative and recruitment assistant. This would involve a variety of administrative tasks that would grow as you grow. We are a wholehearted group who would welcome you in thoroughly and are looking for someone who would love to be part of the team and work with us to help identify and craft a role where you're helping us achieve our mission.

Role: Here are some high-priority tasks right now.
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintaining contacts and contact information for Salesforce partnership (in Salesforce)
- Maintaining contacts and contact information for Clients
- Researching potential clients on various social sites
- Monitoring high-priority individuals on various social sites
2. Sourcing & Screening Support
- Monitoring job postings and reporting on incoming candidates
- Screening resumes and candidates to identify if they fit the job based on criteria provided
- Reaching out to candidates to kindly let them know we don't believe they are a fit or if they are
- Scheduling interviews with the candidates who are a fit
3. Participating to support Sales & Delivery in key defined tasks such as:
- Researching call participants
- Taking notes on calls w/ key action items, decisions, and follow-ups
- Following up with clients and tea ---------- mbers daily who haven't completed tasks
4. Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks - Current examples from our to-do list
- Plan for a trip to NYC for Dreamforce
- Changing our company address
- Recurring Financial Tasks (Invoicing (we have SOP), Reconciling Bank Accounts (we have training), Bookkeeping (under advisement), Dashboard Presentation (we have explicit instructions)
- Monitoring email

Requirements:
1. Have 2+ years of experience working as a VA or Assistant, ideally with an overseas employer
2. Ability (and a desire) to work in an environment with varied work that will be defined over time.
3. Ability to define and improve your role as we identify additional activities you can do to support the company.
4. Solid internet connection with a computer you can work on.

Hard Skills:
