Virtual Assistant/Research Assistant

Hi, I am currently in the feasibility stage of funding my own research on criminal science. But, I dont know where to start. I'm equipped with the tools, but the street-fight in's and out's of the subject is to be worked on. In effect, I'm conducting an initial project with an ideally humble beginning.

I am hiring a virtual assistant who can enjoy sharing his/her knowledge on behavioral science and the Philippine justice system, answering insight seeking questions, and occasionally playing brain games. The Psychology or Criminology undergraduate candidate for this position is already overqualified but he/she can try. An insightful enthusiast is enough. I'm only hiring one.

Yes, the fee is correct. The wage is on a budget and we know that ideally this should be just like play. I'm allowing for flexible hours to the one who will get hired.
