We are a Canadian based Medical IT providers looking to expand our service offerings. The following is our planned campaign details:

Service Details: Medical IT support services (Hardware, Software and Applications plus supplies of Technology Products)

Target: Medical Doctor's Offices located within Canada

Expected conversion: 1000 Physicians within 6 months or before

- Leads: Will provide
- Call Script: Will provide
- Sign-up method: Using online form we will provide

Compensation: On a Per Conversion basis - between 1000-2000 PHP per conversion ( If you are really good, you can make really good money, and we are happy to pay for getting new clients onboard )

Process of Conversion to Sale:

1. Execute outbound call campaign
2. Convert call to sign-up via online form
3. We Receive copy of sign-up
4. Our staff verify client details and
5. Complete the agreement with new client.

Payment: Weekly settlement through direct funds transfer or Paypal as you prefer.

Planned Start Date: October 15th 2015
