Web Design Wizard required - wordpres

Hi Everyone!

We are a Canadian company with offices in UK, Australia and Dubai and We are looking for professional, creative and flexible Web Developer to work with our team remotely on a full time basis.
Before proceeding any further, let me be very clear.
This is a Long-term, full-time job, I expect you will only work for us on a full time basis ( I don’t want people who will be doing this as a part-time gig ). You can take on other jobs on your spare time if you wish, but I expect that this is your REAL full time work.
We will pay you on time, fairly and with possible bonuses based on your performance and project success.
Once hired, You will be expected to be available, be able to execute on feedback from our team in a timely manner (even if feedback does not come for several days) and to see the project through to completion.


MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

-Expert at Wordpress
-Installing and updating Wordpress
-Installing and updating themes and plugins
-Customizing themes
-Installing and customizing contact forms
-HTML & CSS
-Expert at using Google Analytics
-Can use Adobe Dreamweaver to edit HTML/CSS to make beautiful layouts.
-Knows how to make clean, standards-compliant code that looks perfect on any browser
-Can convert a PSD into perfect, standards-complient HTML/CSS in Wordpress (PSD To HTML).
-Experienced with responsive design that looks great on desktop and mobile.
-Has an eye for great web layout and design.
- Has own computer and reliable Internet connection.
Nice to Have Skills :
-Can use Adobe Photoshop to produce web-ready images
-Typography and knowledge of Proper use of whitespace
-Can document and adhere to a style guide
-Understands how to improve site load times without impacting the look of a site.
-Can operate of email systems like Aweber, iContact, ConstantContact, etc.
-Can create and upload HTML emails for sending.
-Knowledge at marketing automation systems like InfusionSoft and Ontraport/OfficeAutopilot
-Proficient in PHP & client-side JavaScript
-Proficient with MySQL
-Can perform backups of website and MySQL data.
