Accounting Assistant

We are fashion brand looking for an assistant to help accounting, order management, and sales projects. This includes

- bookkeeping using quickbooks
- following procedures for order management including reading routing guidelines and scheduling order pickups
- communicating with the warehouse about inventory and order deadlines
- data entry of sales orders, email lists, etc.
- researching lists of retailers and their contact info
- researching competitors
- calling retailers to verify mailing address and other information
- creating email blasts or sending prospect emails
- some sales activity via phone or email

This is a highly detail-oriented role and requires excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
