JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude to join our Events Team. You will support all aspects of our events and will be tasked with researching and securing venues, planning and managing our events' calendar, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes, networking, and delivering on event brief objectives.

JOB ROLE:
You will research and implement event plans and concepts, come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success, manage stakeholder liaisons and negotiations to ensure the activities run smoothly, select and manage external suppliers, coordinate all event related operations & logistics, and set-up the virtual platforms to accommodate the event.

You will also ensure events are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur during events, as well as analysing the event’s success and preparing reports, developing feedback surveys and following up with event stakeholders post-event to discuss and explore further collaboration opportunities.

You will work collaboratively on projects with the wider team. This role will give you the opportunity to develop valuable events management skills and take the lead on specific projects. You will receive frequent feedback, performance development conversations and regular support to help you in your role.
