Working with us won’t be your boring run-of-the-mill corporate job. We are a family-run small business, and that is how we like it. We want to know all about your family, what your dog’s name is, what you did last weekend, your favorite movie of all ---------- ne of us here have won the lottery yet, so if we have to come to work, we want to spend our time with people that want to work hard and play hard. So if you don’t play well with others, no need to continue reading. We are a sales oriented team. But what we are selling is more than just real ---------- is an experience. We take every opportunity to help people in every way we can. Because of this, you have to have passion for what you do. You have to want to do your job so hard! You will be dealing with people. All the people. All the time. The sales team, the clients, the tenants, the handymen, the agents, the managers, the guests, our favourite food delivery place.. All those people come fully stocked as real humans, not computerized. So if you find you are allergic to dealing with different personality types, then this job will definitely give you hives. We don’t take someone spending their time or money with us lightly. We consider it an honor. So you have to be on board with making sure that we are doing what we said we would do, when we said we would do it, the way we said we would do it. Every little detail matters and there are so many details in the work we do. Because of this, you have to be a master of the universe when it comes to details. You also have to be able to think through all those details, and organize them like your job depends on it... No, really, you can’t have the job if you aren’t a detailed and organized person. Being analytical and observant is what is going to set you apart from the rest. We love problem solvers! Not problem identifiers. Anyone can point out the elephant in the room, but how do you move that big beast out of the way? You will also need to feel comfortable leading team meetings. This isn’t a public speaking job. We just want you to be able to communicate effectively with the team the specifics of open projects and give direction where needed. We are like peacocks around here.
