Paralegal

Looking for a part-time Georgia family law paralegal with a minimum of 2 years experience drafting pleadings and motions, responding to discovery, and assisting with trial preparation. 15-20 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours as the business expands. Must know how to draft parenting plans, child support calculations, settlement, agreements, and have good experience filing court documents using Odyssey e-filing and Peachcourt efiling. Willing to train the right candidate.
