Customer Service Representative
Pre-paid Service Account
• Assist customers with their inquiries or complaints through email.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Upsell products and services.
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Research misapplied payments.
• Assists customers to buy new androidphones and newsimcard as well.
Technical Assistance with the Customer Phone ( troubleshooting and billing assistance )
Responsibilities:
• Research billing issues.
• Troubleshoot customers android phones like Samsung ,LG, Sony, Hwaue.
• Provide procedure to the customer on how to turn on/off of their android phones.
• Assists customers on how to pull-out battery on their phones.
• Provide procedure on how to navigate with their android phones.
• Activate Voicemail android phones of the customer using the billingtools.
• Check phone signals and replace voicemail ID and activate their phones using billingtools.
• Create tickets to replace their phones that are still underwarranty and simcards as well.
• Troubleshoot customer android phones using billingtools like WCCT,Telegence,Sprint
and RS.
