VA for Lead Generation

We need a part-time VA to assist with making proposals on UpWork. You will perform the following tasks:
- Find, Analyze, and Qualify RFPs on UpWork based on parameters
- Write and send proposals to prospects based on a customized template
- Record data on prospective and active clients in a spreadsheet app
- Ultimately, get prospective clients onto a call with a sales consultant.

Bonus points if:
- You are good at analyzing & understanding IT client needs
- You have a background in sales, marketing, or client service
- You have experience in using ClickUp, Excel, and/or UpWork.

We need 20 hours from you per week and can pay $400 per month OTE. The pay is structured as a base salary plus incentive pay since your work directly affects our revenue.
