Wed Developer/ Email Marketing

WED DEVELOPER:

I need someone to help me develop and create a two paged website.All I need is a home page and a subscription page. I need someone who knows how to code because with the different tiers of the subscription I need different text to pop up. For example: If someone chooses a basic plan, they receive one code, and if someone chooses the premium plan, depending on their location, they receive another code.

I also need someone who has a sharp eye for ---------- elaborate experience needed, but I would like someone who knows what they are talking about and knows how to use Wordpress (or something of that sort). If you offer any other additional serves, be sure to let me know! Again, this is a quick job, I just don't know how to code a couple buttons. I have a domain and I am working on the logo and theme.

EMAIL MARKETING:

For email marketing I would like someone who can custom make emails along with finding emails in a VERY SPECIFIC Niche. I would prefer someone who knows how to use mail chimp and fill me in on how they curate it. For this position, I may hire you long term as an employee in my company. Also if you are good at design and direct mail marketing that would be a plus.

As you may tell, for this job I am very inexperienced myself and would like someone to walk me through it and eventually I will put you on a salary if it's profitable.
