Real Estate Cold Caller

I'm looking for a Rockstar VA to add to our growing team.

We are a group of investors / wholesalers who are looking to add another cold caller to our team.

Must haves:
Good written and spoken ---------- one experience
Real Estate experience

We are using Multiline Dialer, which is also IQDial as our dialer.
We are using FreedomSoft as our CRM.
If you are familiar with either of these please let me know, as this is a plus :)

Salary will be $3/hr to start with the ability to make $100 bonuses for every house we buy and/or sell :)

Hours will be CST sometime between 9am-9pm.
If you are available on the weekend that's a plus.
Weekend times would be Sat and Sun 12-5pm CST.

(Pause for 2 seconds) Do you have a house you would like to sell?"
