As an Independent Contractor for Caye Talkers you will act as a Virtual Sales Assistant for top automotive and mortgage Internet lead traffic generators and their affiliate partners. We help shoppers lower their overall cost of vehicle and home ownership by pairing them with competitive auto dealers, lending institutions, insurance agencies and other companies servicing areas within in automotive and mortgage space. We assist in this process by utilizing our web based predictive dialing technology and the ability to talk to thousands of consumers per day, with the great customer service and sales skills of our agents.

Roles and responsibilities:
Skill Set:
• Positive, energetic, attitude
• Can work under minimum supervision, reliable and trustworthy
• Able to overcome possible objections
• Able to talk quick and smart on the phone
• Professional and pleasant
• Minimum of 6 months call center experience
• Excellent English speaking skills
• Willing to work 8 hours/day; Night Shift based on US calling hours
• Amenable to start immediately

Must Haves:

Good English Speaking Skills
• Stable hard wired internet connection of at least 2 MB/s and a backup plan
• Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noise whatsoever
• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 7
• USB headset
• Skype account
