Customer Service Representative

An online clothing store that sells custom letterman jackets is looking for a customer service representative.

APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

You will be working in conjunction with other customer service tea ---------- mbers. Preference will be given to people who are ready to work during business hours of Pacific Daylight Time.

Tasks:
- work with incoming inquiries for customized jackets,
- create design briefs for designers
- coordinate with the production department
- communicate (via email) with clients

How we will evaluate candidates:
- !! Prior experience in customer service is a must !!
- Experience related to an online store will be considered a major advantage
- Basic knowledge of Corel draw or illustrator will be considered a major advantage
- Must have great written/spoken English language skills
