Motion Graphics Designer

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who brings graphics to life. You create video content and assets for a variety of media. You are a great collaborator and communicator as you will work closely with our team and attain and exceed client expectations on their motion graphics and animation needs.

What You’ll Do:
-Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web.
-Work with illustrators, designers and instructional designers to understand the project scope and objectives.
-Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
-Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas for the company’s and client’s projects.
-Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
-Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.
-Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
-Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design.
-Responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation software.
-Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.
-Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and be open to feedback
-Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.

What You Should Have:
-3-5 + years Motion Graphics/Animation experience.
-Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Digital/Graphic Design
-Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and other industry-standard software.
-Experience using project management tools like ---------- is a huge plus
-Team management experience with ability to lead and develop designers
-Effective time management and organisational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
-A natural creative design ability
-Strong knowledge and understanding of UX/UI
-Storyboarding and Illustration skills
-An enthusiasm for sharing and discussing ideas
-Ability to successfully self-manage multiple projects with hard deadlines
-Active interest in the design and technology sector
-Portfolio of completed animation projects required for consideration.
