High Quality Editor

I need someone to proof read and edit transcribed Youtube Videos and audio interviews, and make sure that it reads well. The topics will be in the realm general health, wellbeing, and regenerative medicine. I need the proofreader to read the content, evaluate the overall content, look for what is missing in the content so there is a complete basic understanding of the content. I am not looking for someone to correct grammar per say, rather the flow of the content, looking for any content that repeats itself and remove it, and also address parts of the topic that has not been addressed, and then make recommendations as to what questions need to be answered in the chapter so that it is basically understood in a well rounded fashion. Willing to pay $100 dollars a week for 40 hours a week.
