Our SaaS company brings the power of analytics to industrial distributors by simplifying data collection and analysis across the entire organization.

You will be responsible for
1) Cold calling leads, discussing our offering (with General Managers or C-level of mid size companies) and convincing them to take a meeting with our CEO
2) Following up and arranging appointments using Google mail and calendar
3) Report all activities in Zoho CRM

Minimum requirements

- This position is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so personality, communication skills, and attention to detail are crucial to this person’s success

- 3+ Years working as a B2B Sales Development Representative (inside sales, telemarketing )
- Fluent in English with little to no foreign accent
- Ability to place calls using Zoho CRM
- Tenacity for success while maintaining a professional tone with potential clients
- Have a computer and a fast enough upload and download internet speed
- Organizational skills. I will rely on you to be able to schedule calls, callbacks and to properly handle the prospecting relationship phase

We will provide

- Paid time to learn about our company, our competition and sales process.
- Access to Zoho CRM to place calls over internet

SALARY:
The starting salary for this job is 39,000 pesos per month for 40-hours of work per week.
We can talk about commission, bonus, etc. any incentive you want, once we see some Sales qualified leads.

CONDITIONS:

Must be able to work full time. This is generally considered to be 40 hours per week.

I require that you work only for me. This cannot be a second job. If this job does not grow and create enough income to be your only job then this is not working. You need to have time off in order to keep your brain sharp and I only want people with sharp brains working for me.

Working hours - Monday through Friday - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Central Standard Time. (U.S.)

You must have your own reliable computer and home internet access. I have worked with many Filipinos and understand the areas (power outages). This is understandable but is not an excuse. Time not worked due to power outages needs to be made up at other times.

You must have a good computer and a good internet connection. If you don’t, then this job is not for you.
