Sales Representative-Call Center

ABOUT US

We are a growing startup with over 100 people working remotely from home. We are opening up this full-time position to exceptionally talented sales people around the world for the first time.

We are a US based performance marketing, lead generation company.

Most of our calls are generated from outbound dialing we make after consumers have filled out forms with their contact information. On average we spend 20 minutes on the phone with them and then send out leads to our partners. When one of those leads converts for our partners into a paying customer, we earn a fee that gets split between you and the company.

We support you with groundbreaking technology and the easiest dialer ever developed. We have a strong management support team and QA system. We track metrics across a number of key performance indicators to give you the data, support and guidance you need to make adjustments and be successful.

COMPENSATION

We start out with an hourly base and then roughly double the base in the form of performance compensation bonuses from conversions.

The compensation is set up this way for several reasons:

a) This is NOT a customer service job. In this position we're looking for seasoned sales people.
b)This is absolutely a sales job on every call and you must be both compassionate and empathetic but also very confident and PERSUASIVE to move these consumers to work with our partners
c) We genuinely care about callers but not at the expense of conversion ratios which are important due to the amount of money we spend to generate calls for you to dial.
d) This is a full time engagement 40 hours per week and we pay for training.
e) Pay is hourly with large monthly bonuses.
f) There is potential for promotion.
g) There is a training stipend of $140US after completing a week long study course and passing an exam.


REQUIREMENTS:

1) Previous Sales experience where you've had to sell consumers (NOT JUST UP-SELL IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB)
2) Demonstrated fluent English
3) Demonstrated written English ability
4) Demonstrated time management skills
