Long Term - Project Manager (Need Experience)

I am looking for a Project Manager to help me with my businesses. We are in the exciting field of media & marketing, providing all types of content that is wanted by all businesses!

This would be a long term position with large upside growth potential. I need someone who will work alongside me to help alleviate everything that I do on a daily basis.

Requirements for this Project Management role:

Personal assistant
Project management / ensuring that everyone is on task
VERY organized with google sheets, minor accounting duties
Managing client or partner relationships, communication with clients. Mostly written communication, sometimes verbal so great English skills is imperative
Schedule important meetings
Assisting with marketing research
Supervise or train staff on current procedures
Ability to creative SOPs (service operating procedures) to help facilitate training / onboarding of more employees
Manage daily schedules of employees
Client Outreach
Misc tasks
