Account Health Specialist - Amazon Policies Compliance Assistant / for e-commerce (for Amazon store) - Bonus payments

We are growimg company with years of experience in e-commerce. We are now looking for a person with experience in Amazon Account Health and Amazon Policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one (or ideally more, if not all) of the Amazon Account Health topics:
- Document Requests
- Restricted Product Policy Violations
- Suspected Intellectual Property Violations
- Received Intellectual Property Violations
- Listing Policy Violations
- Customer Product Reviews Policy Violations
- Product Authenticity Customer Complaints
- Product Condition Customer Complaints

On top of having experience with Amazon Account Health, we will highly value a person who can quickly understand how to obtain the documents that Amazon is requesting (with our help), and be able to understand the ever-changing Amazon Policies, and provide them with the right answers and documents.

Your day-to-day roles will include corresponding with us to find out more about policy problems, and helping overcome these problems quickly.

REQUIREMENTS
- EXCELLENT WRITTEN ENGLISH. You must have excellent English reading and writing skills, and be able to pick up the phone when needed.
- COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY. That includes the management team, brand or trademark owners (for policy violations and infringements), suppliers (for supporting documents), and Amazon (for appeals).
- RESOLVE AND ANTICIPATE day-to-day issues, complete root cause failure analyses, take corrective actions, and formulate preventive measures.
- EXPERIENCE WITH Amazon Seller Central and Account Health is key.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Amazon Policies and Account Health Compliance (for example: Intellectual Property complaints, Restricted Product Policies, appeals, etc).
- IF YOU KNOW LITTLE regarding Amazon policies and policy violations, but are a proactive person with demonstrable experience with compliance at big companies, and are fast solving cases, we will give you the resources and direction and I will expect you to be passionate in self-directing your own learning journey.
- MUST HAVE a high level of self-organization and the ability to prioritize.
- SELF MANAGEMENT, proactive and initiative.
- Law, accounting or related compliance degrees can be a plus, but it is not required.
- Must have access to reliable high-speed internet.

TASKS
– Keep updated regarding Amazon Policies;
– Data and proof gathering and processing of appeal cases;
– Draft documents to be reviewed by the Management Team;
– Provide status updates and other responses;
– Send reminders and other correspondence;
– Resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner;
– Handles additional administrative and legal support duties as needed.

This is a part-time position. Since we highly value the efficient resolving of cases, we will pay a bonus per case resolved over the base payment.
