Lead Generation Expert | Lead Researcher | Recruitment Assistant Wanted

Global Selecta Group is a recruiting firm operating in Los Angeles and all over the USA.

We are looking for a virtual assistant to join our team on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).

Main Responsibilities include:

1 - Lead generation (Using Sales Navigator, Craigslist, and other tools to find leads)

* Identify leads perfect for our business niche
* Perform market research
* Provide a comprehensive summary of potential clients once meetings are booked
* Prepare Lead Spreadsheets (Contact info, company details, LinkedIn etc.)
* Upload Lead Spreadsheets at the end of each day with all the new leads and detail.

2 - Update Company’s LinkedIn posts regularly

* Create, post and share content to increase followers and engagement.

3 - Assist the company Founder with day-to-day tasks (Monday - Friday)

Salary / Bonuses

We are offering a salary $300 - $400 per month based on experience and skills. This will be paid weekly or monthly. This is a long-term position and once you prove yourself, we are willing to negotiate the salary within the first 2 months.

We are also offering two incentive bonuses based on your performance and the results you deliver. For every client that signs an agreement that comes from your lead generation, we will pay $50 per agreement. Once we place a candidate with the client, we will also pay an additional $100 per candidate placed. We want to encourage a long-term positive working relationship so that our employee’s efforts are recognized.
