Real Estate Cold Caller

Looking for an experienced outbound cold caller (VA) for a Real Estate Investor/wholesaler.

Requirements:

- At least 1 years of real estate cold calling experience; experienced in calling distressed homeowners to determine if interested in selling their property, getting details of the property and motivation of selling, and setting up appointments

- very fluent in English and comfortable making cold calls to prospective sellers

- hard working, honest, result-driven and have can-do attitude

Schedule is 10am-2pm EST (Tue-Sat) for $4-$5 per hour plus $300 bonus per closed deal.
