What we can offer:
Ongoing training and development
Job tasks and responsibilities:
Daily reconciliation of the general account
Create and reconcile marketing / advertising for new listings
Create commission invoices
Process and monitor commissions payable
Ensure deposits are paid, receipted, and receipts sent to necessary parties
Ensure invoices payable are accounted for and auditing of procedures and processes
Integration of the databases used for sales and property management with current use of Xero.

Skills and experience:
Commitment to customer service and standards

Excellent time management and organisation skills
Quick learner and well-rounded IT / Computer skills
Showing initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
Working Hours are Negotiable between 10 - 38 hours per week
Experience within the following software is required: Xero
Experience within the following is a great benefit but not essential: Rex Software, Propertyme, and Slack
