Real Estate Video Editor

Responsibilities:
Edit multiple videos
Transform raw video into high-quality projects with excellent storytelling
Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
Master audio/video files using various software and methods.
Perform post-production editing, manipulations, and color balancing.
Prepares completed media for upload to the streaming server and uploads content.


Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in graphic design and knowledge working with Adobe CC suite programs especially Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
Proficient in Marketing Software including but not limited to Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Knowledge of media formats, their uses, and encoding techniques.
Knowledgeable to Property Video Tour, Real Estate Video Editing, and other Real Estate Marketing collateral is preferred but not a must
Required High-Speed Internet Connection
Creative and tech-savvy
Deadline oriented — always accountable and on-time.
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational expertise.

I am looking for a Full-time employee that is available starting 10:00 pm - 6:00 am EST, Sunday-Thursday.

About Me:
I own a real estate photography business, Rising Spivey Photography. I help real estate agents with the marketing for homes they sell.
