JOB OVERVIEW

You read correctly, we are seeking an Experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. An ninja who enjoys taking part in growing ecommerce brands.

We need someone who:

- has more at least 1 year solid experience as an Project Manager
- can communicate clearly in English
- has stable internet connection
- willing to work graveyard (9am CST)
- has no attendance issues and can report to work daily
- team player
- has the initiative

Daily Tasks Include (but are not limited to):

- Directly manage the creative, content, video and dev teams.
- Keep our Project Management System (Clickuo) up to date and accurate each weekday Mon - Fri to help drive marketing projects to completion
- Send Telegra ---------- ssages to check in with tea ---------- mbers about due dates, tasks, etc.
- Accountability for communicating internal plans/methodology
- Run internal meetings as needed; be responsible for daily communication with key internal contacts
- Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables
- Assist in managing the campaign process and updating of all materials
- Assist in writing creative briefs and developing presentations
- Improve existing processes
- Ensure on time, accurate project execution
- Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Produce timely and accurate project reports for internal reference
- Attention to detail and proactive in evaluating recommending, and implementing opportunities to
improve internal tools and processes
- Flexible in supporting the creative team on a wide variety of administrative duties
- Coordinating, scheduling of meetings; taking notes and distributing; follow up on actions

MANAGE RESOURCES - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each ---------- VELOP PROJECT PLANS - Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives and schedule. Also, make sure that tasks are worked on a timeline.

TRACK AND COMMUNICATE PROJECTS- Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.

WUALITY CHECK - First line of defense against errors. Make sure revisions and updates are communicated well between departments

PLANNING AND ORGANIZING: Mapping out project budgets, timelines, scope of work, and ---------- MUNICATING: Serving as the liaison between various teams to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables, field feedback, and more.

MONITORING PROGRESS: Keeping a close eye on project timelines, workloads, cross-functional teams, and project objectives to ensure all of those elements are staying on track.
