T-Shirt Designer Full Time 300$-350$ Long-term Relationship

Hello future employee,

we are a growing company based in Germany that sells clothes on amazon, spreadshirt and other platforms. We are looking for a creative Full-Time T-Shirt Designer (Mo - Fri) for a long-term business relationship.

What we need:
- Full-Time Designer (at least 50 designs/week)
- experience in T-Shirt design
- very good Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator skills
- good understanding of how to combine fonts and graphics to an eye-catching design
- Trademark & Copyright knowledge
- fluent english
- reliability and creativity


Tasks:
- Create about 10 Designs per day, based on our instructions and examples
- edit and combine existing vectors (e.g. vexels)
- arrange fonts and graphics in an appealing way
- deliver the finished design als png and source file (for licence check and changes)

Please note that we will review your designs. Copies and obvious imitations of vectors and designs are prohibited and will result in immediate termination.


What we offer:
- Salary 300$-350$ (1.5$ per design - at least 200 designs per Month)
- weekly payments at the beginning, every two weeks later

- Access to vectors for your work (e.g. vexels)
