JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for YOU, our Tech Lead Rockstar! You will be in charge of making our vision a tangible, exciting reality. Your daily job is going to work directly with the Co-founders and Tech lead on the product strategy, development and designing the tools for our fast scaling.

The objective is now to build a SaaS with our core features (asset management, cool reports, API oriented architecture, ...).

What You'll Do
Work closely with our Agile team (Co-founder, Tech Lead, Software engineers and UX/UI designers)
Build the SaaS from scratch (or so) and make it (y)ours! - Coding and designing the product will be the big task for 2021
Focus on the development of the front-end platform
Create code documentations and all technical inputs (test sheets, bug reports,…)
Take part in the development roadmap for ---------- Innovate and pave the way for future enhancements of our solution (AI, Smart stacks, automated processes, you name it!)
Deploy an automated testing approach and refine our project management processes & tools
Probably a lot of other things that will depend on you and your brilliant personality!

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Must-have
Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related areas is preferred or any equivalent work experience.
Full-stack web application software experience background (at least 3 years of experience)
Experience with server-side programming languages and frameworks (NodeJS, Python, Rails), front-end frameworks (React) and Cloud infrastructures (especially on AWS or Azure)
Experience with APIs; internal, open, composite. Both integration, set up and testing for JSON and REST
Strong skills in reports, dashboards and data visualization
Data-driven culture - You must love working with vast amounts of data and making them look hot!
Customer centric mindset and obsession (yes!)
Brilliant synthetic and creative spirit to realize the co-founders’ long-term vision
Strategy and Design Thinking, Problem solving, Test & Learn approaches are absolute essentials
Proactivity and Continuous Improvement work practices
Excellent interpersonal skills and English proficiency - 1 Asian language is a plus
Willing to make a difference in the world and contribute to a purpose-driven project

Nice-to-have
Experiences in SaaS / Startups
Experience in Product ownership and UX/UI
Knowledge at Tableau, QlikView or other data visualization tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced ecosystem without knowing what tomorrow is going to be made of!
