Good Earth Energy requires a motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist. with skills that include: Budgeting, Marketing Campaigns, Creative Writing Strategies, Social media ads, Web Development, product entry, Video Production, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Key Word Targeting, Paid Advertising, influencers, SEO, Email Campaigns, Blogging, YouTube and Original Content Creation.

You will…
• Identify key partners to recruit onto our established affiliate program
• Will work into having full responsibility over the market’s affiliate program, managing, developing, testing, and delivering on company targets.
• Work on multiple initiatives for delivering business goals, and ensuring maximum ROI from your affiliate budget. Examples of initiatives include adjustment of discount and payout structure, creative strategy, landing page optimization and more.
• Be the primary contact and support for our strategic affiliate partners
• Harness your data-driven mindset to optimize partner performance/campaigns, troubleshoot challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Represent Good Earth Energy and strengthen relationships in the market through networking and attendance of online conferences, and industry events
• Expand and develop your professional knowledge of the affiliate and marketing industry, with the opportunity to apply a learning budget to grow your skills.
• Works across the business with local and global teams (marketing, analytics, product, and operations) to improve Canadian and International marketing efforts.
• Monitor and deliver KPI’s as per the set benchmarks
• Discover opportunities to scale up the affiliate platform
• Work closely with the affiliate platform and business to understand areas for improving commission rate
• Work with dev team to monitor and identify use cases for scaling up data feed
• Deliver Affiliate performance in-line with AOP targets

Requirements:
• Well versed in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and WordPress (converting WP templates into websites)
• Experience with site management tools: CMS, FTP, and java server a benefit
• Team player with can-do attitude and communication skills to drive efficiency
• Take direction and work independently with limited supervision
• Manage multiple projects and work collaboratively to deliver results
• Self-starter who can take ownership for projects in a fast-paced agency environment
