Recruitment Specialist

About the Company:
We manage a group of online consumer brands based in the United States. We handle ECommerce for health and wellness and Digital Marketing also for health and wellness products, ceramics, eco-friendly living etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and connect with potential candidates from different social media platforms
- Send recruiting emails and follow-up with candidates
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Hiring updates
- Conduct initial interview
- Admin tasks

Qualifications:
- 6 Months - 1 + year/s of relevant work experience
- Organized, analytical person with technical skills
- Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written
- Has a strong grasp of modern technology and social media
