We are a Tech company located in Queensland, Australia and we are looking for the right person to join our team.

We currently service Australia, United States and New Zealand in the financial industry. We are looking for a new Tea ---------- mber to join our Customer Support team. We have a team of 2 currently but are looking for an employee who would like to cover our United States clients which is currently our growth market.

Customer support will be required through Chat and Email support. Training will be provided in all ---------- itially, you will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST until you can work independently and then we will be expecting this candidate to work 11pm to 7am (GMT+8).

Prior knowledge that would add benefit to this position are:
* Xero
* MYOB
* Reckon
* QBO
* Zoho
* Skype
