We are in need of a Airbnb Virtual Assistant:
• Must have a backup computer
• Must have a working US number
• Must have ISP
• English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
• Receptive to feedback and learning
• Takes initiative to problem solve and identify process improvements
• Well organized and has attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with guests, cleaners, contractors, and property manager
• Thrives on being challenged
• Available for 12 hour shifts, majority of this shift is responding to any guest quickly
