Executive/Personal Assistant

Hi!! This is Lei!! I am looking for an Assistant who can help me make my life easy, manage my business and personal life. Please see the job description below for more detailed information of the job.

* Excellent with speaking English, good communicator and has excellent writing skills
* Very detail-oriented and accurate

* Ability to connect with my kids, but able to push them hard to grow and finish their work.
* Able to start immediately and looking for long-term employment
* Able to work during 5am-4pm
* Someone who has minimum internet speed is at least ---------- n do or willing to be trained for these tasks:
1. Being proactive to free up our time and optimize outcomes.
2. Create systems to optimize our productivity.
3. Managing calendar and setting up appointments for Lei (me), Hayden (my 14-year old son), and Jordan (my 11-year old daughter). Sending reminders and making sure all materials and prep is done in advance for these meetings.
4. Write drafts for memos and emails.
5. Help project manage our projects.
6. Organizing electronic files.
7. Send birthday, thank you cards, gifts to build stronger relationships.
8. Create photo books.
9. Order supplies.
---------- nd reminders and follow up.
11. Research products and travel plans.
12. Conduct practice interviews for Hayden.
13. Review vocabulary with Hayden and Jordan.
